course to focus on your team's exact needs. It allows you
and your team to learn real-world, mission-specific examples
to ensure your project's success.
We bring the training to you so that team members can
learn at their own pace. Courses can be planned around
individual and department schedules. Alternatively, you may
choose to hold training at our Dallas, Texas training
facility located at 1700 Pacific Avenue, Dallas, Texas.
Course Objective: This course
provides project team leaders a solid understanding of
Projectmates work-flow modules. By the end of the
course, you'll be able to give project overviews to new
users. You will be able to quickly modify and create
project prototypes, add users, assign user rights,
create bid packages, upload/download files, create
schedules, respond to tasks, assign tasks to team
members, and much more. You will return to work knowing
how to quickly create items in Projectmates which
otherwise could take hours to complete in paper-based
processes.
Current work-flow analysis: During
each training session, we meet with your key team
members in order to understand your current workflow
processes. Our trainers will offer suggestions for
implementing the processes in current Projectmates
modules, suggest pre-built or new custom forms using
FlexForms, or make note of items outside the scope of
current Projectmates functionality so it may be included
in the future versions.
