5+ years of hands-on experience in ASP, HTML, JavaScript, C# .NET, Complex SQL Server
stored procedures, transactions, Web Services, XML, XSL
Ability to expand job responsibilities, suggest improvements, and collaborate with others to
generate ideas and improve processes.
Grasp technical concepts and communicate them quickly.
Help design and construct features for new product enhancements.
Answers to a short online prequalification questionnaire on Monster.com is required.
Strong work ethic.
BS or equivalent experience.
Preferred
Experience gathering software requirements by interviewing users and analyzing competitive products.
SQA process knowledge, including test planning, technical reviews, and defect tracking.
Experience with NUnit and Cruise Control .NET or equivalent
Experience deploying enterprise applications to testing and production machines
Able to work nights or weekends on an as-needed basis
Experience with VB 6.0 and classic ASP

Work in all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for the design and
development of software; Design and develop XML web services using SQL Server, Web Servers
Enhancements, .NET, and ASP; perform SQA process; including test planning (using NUnit)
technical reviews, and defect tracking.
