Using the FlexForm module, custom forms
can be created to collect information and reuse it throughout the project
and across multiple projects without extensive programming. Furthermore, because the native file format for
FlexForms is XML, the application supports any
customer-defined XML schema.
FlexForms can be used to input and store a wide range of
information. Examples include expense reports, time sheets,
phone logs, transmittals, and other forms that are needed to
track the various elements of the project. Some of these
form templates are already provided.
The Projectmates Portfolio enterprise reporting framework
provides the information you need to evaluate projects.
Projectmates Portfolio provides over 100+ preconfigured
reports. Additional reports can be created as part of
customization.

Third Party Integration
A number of options and tools are available for
integrating with other applications. XML, APIs, Web
Services, and pre-built import/export are all available to
directly connect with the Projectmates' server. Projectmates has
been successfully integrated with project
accounting applications, Microsoft Active Directory, and
Parts Ordering System.
