small number of projects with fewer users. Total
Control and Self Hosted solutions can accommodate thousands

Solution: Projectmates ASP
The Projectmates ASP solution is a low-cost solution
designed for small businesses. The ASP solution is
also attractive for medium to large businesses wanting to
test Projectmates' functionality.
We maintain Projectmates' server farm in a nationally
recognized, professionally managed Sprint datacenter. We
employ the people needed to maintain, secure, back-up, and
service the application. We provide no-cost 1st-tier support
to your project team.
A decision to use or not to use Projectmates ASP can be
based on economic factors which are driven largely by amount
of data, number of projects, and the number of users.
You pay a monthly or yearly fee for the use of the
application based on the number of projects and/or users.
Solution: Projectmates Total Control
Server
You can manage your projects on a dedicated server setup
at our world-class datacenter with fail-proof connection to
internet trunk lines on Sprint's data network. Systemates'
expert network technicians maintain and provide
multiple-tiered backup for your server eliminating IT
headaches and allowing you to concentrate on your real job.
Total Control gives you all of the advantages of
Projectmates installed solution, including your own
web-address and customized portal page. It eliminates
server hardware, maintenance, backup, firewall, and
bandwidth costs. We provide full support to your
designated server administrators with a 4-hour first
response guarantee. The Total Control service is provided
for a monthly fee plus one-time setup and implementation
fee.
Solution: Projectmates Self-hosted Server
Projectmates Self-hosted server is a strategic tool to
gain and maintain competitive edge. Designed for
organizations that have an IT infrastructure in place,
Projectmates' self-hosted server provides ability to build
and deploy integrated document, construction work-flow, and
merchandizing management processes.
With Projectmates installed on your in-house server, you
get all the same features, plus complete control over your
IT environment. Integrating Projectmates with other
in-house application, such as accounting or HR, is possible.

server is provided as a perpetual purchase plus yearly
