The Company is looking for an individual for Sales / Account Executive position for a flag-ship construction management program: Projectmates.
Responsibilities
Responds to product enquiries, writes pricing proposals, does software demonstrations.
Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending and demonstrating solutions.
Maintains relationships with clients by providing information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
Participates in development and implementation of marketing plan.
Must have skills
Experience in software sales and marketing.
High energy level, exceptional presentation, software demonstration, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Self-starter with ability to qualify prospects, write proposals, negotiate pricing; with a proven track record of consistently meeting sales objectives.
Proven ability to forecast sales; analyze variances; take corrective actions.
Knowledge of architecture and construction processes or retail industry is a big plus.
Friendly and cheerful.
Software Support, Training, and Testing Specialist

The Company is looking for an individual to provide support for our flag-ship construction project management program - Projectmates.
Responsibilities
Provide online as well as in person demos and trainings for the
Projectmates software.
Provide software support to users via phone and e-mail.
Write software documentation, including "How To" guides,
reference manuals, user guides, procedures, etc.
Test Projectmates software for bugs and ease of use.
Report problems using bug tracking system and follow-thru until
resolution.
Some travel required.
Must have skills
Experience working with web-based applications.
Experience in software testing, technical support field.
Knowledge of architecture/construction processes is a plus.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to write HTML.
Proven self-starter with a track record of researching and writing the
very best software and/or QA-related documentation.
Able to cope with fast-paced and constantly changing environments.
Passionate about learning new technologies.
Ability to quickly develop rapport with engineers.
Bachelor's or higher degree in Architecture, Engineering, Computer
Science, or collage coursework in related fields.
Friendly and cheerful.
