The Company is looking for individuals for Inside Sales / Account Executive position for a flag-ship construction management program: Projectmates.
Responds to product enquiries, writes pricing proposals, does software demonstrations.
Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending and demonstrating solutions.
Maintains relationships with clients by providing information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
Participates in development and implementation of marketing plan.
Must have skills
Experience in software sales and marketing.
High energy level, exceptional presentation, software demonstration, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Self-starter with ability to qualify prospects, write proposals, negotiate pricing; with a proven track record of consistently meeting sales objectives.
Proven ability to forecast sales; analyze variances; take corrective actions.
Knowledge of architecture and construction processes or retail industry is a big plus.
