24/7 Web-based Support
Web-based support is the best way to help us expedite
your support request. Web-based support is easy to
track and you will receive an immediate response.
You will be prompted to register before you submit the
request. This is one-time registration
process.
Telephone support is available for project or server
administrators by calling our main number at (214) 217-4100
then pressing Option 2. Our normal business hours are 8:30
AM to 5:30 PM Central Time. Before calling, make sure
your server URL, project license number or project name is
handy. If you need after-hour support, please use
web-based support option listed above.
