Meet the Presenters
Kaely Culbertson | Director of Client Services | Projectmates - Systemates, Inc.
Kaely oversees the training, implementation, support, and overall client satisfaction efforts for Projectmates. She shares construction management best practices with companies in a variety of industries through webinars, blogs, user news, and software implementations. Knowledge of the construction industry, hands-on experience, project management skills, and attention to detail have all contributed to Kaely's strong track record of improving the construction programs for owners.
Marcus Bliss, PMP | Project Manager - Client Services | Projectmates - Systemates, Inc.
Marcus is an expert in the implementation and training of Projectmates software. He works with clients from the initial kick-off meeting, gathering requirements, configuring the software, conducting train-the-trainer sessions, and consults clients regarding customization requests & programming changes. Marcus also performs project data analysis to provide clients insight on their Projectmates utilization and processes and plays a major role in composing video tutorials and help documents.
Projectmates will be going to the CMAA 2018 Capital Projects Symposium from March 18-20 at the Hilton Denver City Center in Denver, CO. Make sure you swing by our booth at the conference, Booth #1 in the Networking Area!
Unfortunately, almost any change in a project will have a negative impact on construction productivity... Hands down small gaps in productivity add up to exorbitant costs, which have become simply too high to ignore any longer.
