Because Projectmates provides a centralized, online construction software platform, Teavana can better facilitate collaboration and accountability, maximize staff efficiencies, and improve the quality and accessibility of information.
Teavana's vendors are extremely pleased with the quick turnaround time for payment processing. In the past Teavana did not have a construction project management solution, relying on spreadsheets for cost tracking and exhausting time and resources for paper-based approval processes.
The processing of invoices through the system has reduced the amount of time and manual labor required to shuffle paper invoices and log in Excel reports," said Wylie, adding, "Our vendors have had a lot of great comments regarding the reduction in time it takes for the organization to process and pay invoices."
