CMAA's mission is to promote the profession of Construction Management and the use of qualified CMs on capital projects and programs. The North Texas Chapter's goal is to raise money and provide scholarships to CM students in DFW area. Four years ago, we started the annual Project Achievement Awards contest to recognize outstanding projects and project management teams in the North Texas Area. The proceeds for this event are turned into scholarship dollars for local students." – Nicole Countryman, CMAA North Texas Chapter Award Chair and Membership Director
